The project carried out by Powers Brown Architecture was centred on creating a customised sliding door and wall system using Resin panels from Panelite as fixed and movable partitions. Given these requirements, they were searching for a sliding system that could accommodate 3/4”-thick resin panels.
Unable to find one, the installer, Maman Corp, developed a way to integrate these panels into Klein's telescopic Extendo© system, originally made for installation with glass panels. Custom details were engineered at the top and bottom of each panel to accommodate the planned glazing systems and create a one-of-a-kind partition and door system.

The telescopic Extendo system features configurations ranging from two to four sliding telescopic panels, all activated simultaneously by effortlessly sliding only the main door. It generates an impressive frameless opening, up to 5.10 meters wide, with no bottom track for full accessibility.
Once opened, the system integrates diverse spaces, which can be split again when needed with no effort at all.
Extendo© allows for a variety of applications, whether for bi parting sliding doors, sliding corner doors, or doors that slide along a glass or site wall.
From an installation point of view, its pre-assembled transmission system allows it to be quickly mounted to walls, ceilings or drop ceilings.
