Project details

Architect

Gensler

Location

Baltimore, USA.

Installer

MD & Nellowall

Project type

The integration of a sliding glass door and fixed glass panels on a single track improves the visual aesthetic and acoustics, while also facilitating the installation.

This approach provides great flexibility when it comes to installing the panels, whether the sliding door is placed in the middle of the opening, or to one side. The upper track can be left exposed to reinforce the horizontal movement of these panes, or hidden for greater integration.

A small 90-degree glass return between offices prevents the disruption of the rhythm of the glass panes and the consequent loss of transparency.
